At KLEPSIDRAPARFUMS, customer satisfaction is a priority. Our products are cosmetics and are sensitive in terms of hygiene, so specific restrictions apply to returns. Please read the following carefully.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as a customer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason and without any charge, provided that the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances), for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only if:

• The product has not been opened or tested.

• Its original packaging is intact, complete, and undamaged.

• It has been kept under appropriate conditions (not near heat, light, humidity, etc.).

Products that do not meet the above conditions cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

If the conditions are met, please send an email within 14 days of receipt to hello@klepsidraparfums.com with the subject: Return Request, stating:

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for return (optional)

You will receive instructions for the return process via Box Now.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be completed within 14 days using the same method as the original payment (e.g., card, PayPal, etc.).

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@klepsidraparfums.com.

In this case, we cover all return or replacement costs.
